Leah: First and foremost the most rewarding aspect of the DTA driver training course was the personal approach which was specifically catered towards my individual learning needs.  The program was instrumental in teaching me the skills, techniques and strategies needed to become a confident, alert and considerate driver.

After discussion with peers, the DTA driver training program is definitely more structured and detailed in comparison to the driver training that they undertook.  In particular, the reversing and parking component of the course was extremely in depth and demonstrated strategies and techniques that are used in my day to day driving.

The most beneficial aspect of the program was the highway experience, which gave me valuable information relating to judgement and reaction time, braking speeds and distance, and steering techniques.

Overall the DTA driver training program was extremely rewarding and heaps of fun.  It enabled me to learn valuable lifetime skills in a fun way.

Kinnersley: Know the moral of the story? Plan, Mirror, Signal, Brake, Gear, Don’t step out in front of traffic!!!
